PART- B : AHU, Insulation
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Verticle/Horizontal Floor Mounted/Ceiling suspended Airhandling units having following specifications:
Frame Structure shall consist of 48mm Extruded Aluminium thermal break profile.
Panel: 46mm thick double skin sandwich panels with PUF insulation of density 40 kg/cum. The sheet thickness shall be minimum 0.8 mm for the outer skin and 0.6 mm thickness for the inner skin of GI and it consist of following sections with Mixing Box
Filtration Section shall be provided with first stage pre-filter (MERV 8) of 90% efficiency down to 10 micron and secondary stage ESP filter (MERV-14) of 99% efficency down to 3 micron. Megnehelic gauge to be provided for pre and ESP filters.
Coil Section: Chilled water coil multi row deep constructed with Aluminium fins of minimum 0.11mm thickness and copper tubes of minimum 29Guage thickness. Copper tube shall be 9.6mm or 12.5mm diameter. All air handling units to be provided with minimum 6 row deep LT Coil & 6 Row deep HT Coil . All TFA/AHU shall be accompany with two set of cooling coil (Primary cooling coil & secondary de-humidification coil). Following size:--
The coil face velocity shall not exceed 2.5m/sec. Drain Pan: Condensate drain pan shall be fabricated from 18 G SS 304 powder coated, insulated with 19 mm thick closed cell elastomeric insulation.
Each Air Handling Units, shall be complete with direct driven Plug Fan airfoil design blades suitable for static pressure as detailed below, Squirrel cage induction motor , cooling coils (Copper tubes and Aluminium fins), pre-filter, ESp filter, drain pan, Volume control dampers at outlets (GSS Construction) fireproof double canvass connection, mixing box, flange joint, and other accessories as per specifications (except water shut off valves, drain piping and pressure gauges which are covered under separate item).Motor shall be suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 50 cycle, 3 Phase AC supply as indicated below
