Conditions:- 1. The Contractor will be responsible if any accident/mis-happening occurs at site during execution of the work.
2. The payment of Service Tax, ESI, EPF, Labour Welfare Funds & Salary will be made office-wise through ESCROW account 3. The agency will pay to the personal engaged the D.C. Rates as per the wages fixed by D.C. Office, Faridabad, Haryana
4. The agency will be responsible for the payment of statutory liabilities such as PF/ESI and Labour Welfare Fund, Service Tax etc. through Escrow Accounts, in respects of persons deputed in the department and will submit the deposit challans showing the individual figure of deposit for the previous month along with remuneration bill. The agency will also submit the copy of the quarterly return of PF/ESI etc. filled with the concerned authority of MCF. 5. The agency will have to comply with all the rules and regulation pertaining to PF, ESI and Labor Laws and taxation etc. as applicable. 6. The agency will submit his complete bills of service charges, wages including ESI, EPF, Service Tax and other statuary charges every month
7. The number of workforce can be increased or decreased as per the requirement of Municipal Corporation, Faridabad time to time
