Sit Up Board-Providing, designing and fixing of single sit -up station of size 1504 x 1133 x 624 mm fabricated with main post of 140 mm dia and 3.00 mm thick ,yellow sleeve dia 159 mm thickness 8.0mm, connecting pipe dia 33 mm thickness 3.0mm and rest of the pipes are 2.75 mm thick,having bottom plate 260 mm dia with thickness 12.00 mm with ABS cap/ cover,all pipes made up of hot rolled tubular steel and pre galvanized, having oil degreasing treatment and sand blasting de-rusting treatment must be used before powder coating treatment with baking temperature of more than 200 degree celsius using high quality paint nippon or equivalent of 90 - 120 micron thickness. All joints of pipe should be cut by CNC laser cutting and robotic welded, with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Seat shall be made up of steel pipe 2.75mm thick , with rounded edges to prevent any impact of injury and welded/ attached to main structure for vandalism proof design and long life. All open ends of pipe to be closed by steel/ LLDPE caps for user safety. The equipment must confirm the quality standards such as DIN 79000 and EN 16630. The equipment must have TUV certification in the manufacturing process.

Sky Machine-The main frame of sky machine is to be made in two parts, one from 80NB and 40NB galvanized pipe and vertical pipe with 80NB pipe structure. The handle pipe is to be of 25NB GI pipes with PVC/rubber grip on top end. This handle pipes is to be hinged over 80NB main frame with the help of suitably designed heavy duty bearings assembly. Bearings used are to be of oil sealed, self-lubricating. Make of bearing shall be as per approved make list. The handle pipe is to be further extended to the rectangular tube of 50 x 50 mm on both sides with 40NB galvanized pipe links. Paired rectangular tubes with four foot rests has to be linked to main frame. Foot rest is to be made with the help of high quality aluminium casting material. The total structure is to be supported on foundation stand which shall be of 80NB pipe. All pipes are to be uniformly powder coated up to minimum 60 micron thickness to avoid corrosion. All open ends of pipe are to be closed by GI / PVC caps for user safety against entrapment. The equipment shall be fixed on ground with concrete of  minimum strength M -25 with J-bolts and when concrete is set, fixing the equipment on to it and cover nuts and bolts with base plate cover, (Including concrete base of size- 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.60 M). All complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-Charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour on metal, seat and base cover plate and fixing of equipment etc.

Elliptical Exerciser-Providing, designing and fixing elliptical exerciser of size 1200 X 540 X 1600 mm fabricated with main post of 140mm dia and 3.00 mm thick and other pipes of 40mm dia 3.00mm thick all pipes made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized, and powder coated using akzo nobel or equivalent of 80-120 micron thick. All welding joints of pipe are robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Handle bars are to be provided with high quality grip rubber. Padals shall be made up of nylon alloy with rounded edge of prevent any impact of injury and seat to be made from virgin LLDPE manufactured by rotational moulding with minimum thickness of plastic 4.00mm, colourful and UV resistant environmental friendly. Bearing used shall be maintenance free, duly oiled sealed and self lubricated made by reputed company to be approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Equipment to be fitted within built limiters to prevent unwanted movements. All open ends of pipe to be coloured by GI/LLDPE caps for user safety.

Providing and fixing with all nessery items including prepration of foundation two seated Chair swing Age Group- 6 To 12 Years. Safety Play Area - 10*8 ft, Chain= GI Rubber Coat Chain Belt, Padestal Bearing, Pipe=60 MM, 14 Guage Apolo CR Pipe ISI Mark. Paint= To Coat Colour Aspa Paint. All complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-Charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour on metal, seat and base cover plate and fixing of equipment etc.

Paint= To Coat Colour Aspa Paint. All complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-Charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour on metal, seat and base cover plate and fixing of equipment etc.

Supply and fixing of Straight Slide should be made of HDPE (Pipe) of ID 40 and OD 50 with nylon bush (mat finish) of demanded colour. With structural parts GI pipes and MS steel (including cutting, fitting, welding, Bolting and smooth grinding etc. complete. All the structural parts shall be polyester powder coated having min. thickness of 50 micron. High quality fastened complete with supply/fixing and installation to ground including civil work for making base and pedestals. All complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-Charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour on metal, seat and base cover plate and fixing of equipment etc.

Supply and fixing of Double See-Saw, safe play area=2x 1.0 to 1.5m*3.0 to 3.6m sitting area should be coated with polyester fibre glass reinforced plastic of 6 to 8 mm thickness. For structural parts GI Pipes and MS Steel (including cutting, fitting, welding, bolting, bearing and smooth grinding etc. ) complete. All the structural parts shall be polyester powder coated having min. Thickness of 50 micron. The structural parts should not to be painted, For structural parts stainless steel should be used. Nowhere Iron to be used Entire product is assembled with nut bolts, flanges and couplings. High quality fastened complete with supply/fixing and installed to be ground including civil work for making base and pedestals. All complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-Charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour on metal, seat and base cover plate and fixing of equipment etc.
