Loading, transportation, unloading and stacking relieving girder (b) For each additional one km. Or part thereof

Launching of Railway's relieving girder of overall length up to 26.80 metre after removing track, ballast, excavation earth on properly prepared wooden /CC cribs supports as per the approved scheme of launching, Railway drawing and specifications, by contractor's tools & plants, machineries, labour, equipments etc. The work includes fixing of track i.e. wooden sleepers and rails to Railway's specification and standards on the relieving girder and necessary adjustments in the longitudinal and cross levels after insertion of the relieving girder in the track to maintain safety of trains on the relieving girder and its approaches. Note : This item also includes transportation of releiving girder from within 2Kmsto site of work. (a) 14 m to 20.40m long girder (Note:- Unit read as Per Girder)

Delaunching of Railway's relieving girder from bridges and stacking at bridge approaches with contractor';s labour, traiker, cranes, derrick, tools and plants equipments, 4 consumables etc. Complete as per specifications, special conditions and detailed scope of work furnished in the tender and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note:- 1.Dismantling of the overlaying track shall be paid through other relevant item. 2. Each girder consists of two cross braced leaves. Note : This item also includes transportation of releiving girder from site of work to within 2Kms. (a) 14 m to 20.40m long girder (Note:- Unit read as Per Girder)

Assembly of Railway's RH girder near RUB site brought by the contractor under relevant USSOR/NS item. This item includes preparation of base by earth work (filling/cutting), Cement Concrete base (As required), shifting of segments of RH girder to line and level by using road crane of suitable capacity and required numbers of Jacks etc. The rates shall be inclusive of all labour, tools and plants, machinery and equipment, lifting tackles, tripod with chain and pully, ramps cribs, 5 operator for crane, fuel, consumable etc. complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. The rates shall be inclusive of all transportation of crane to site with all contractor's fuel, operator, consumables, all taxes with all the operational expenses, manpower etc. as per the direction of Engineer in charge or his authorised representative. Note:- (i) Earth Work cutting/filling shall be payable under relevant USSOR/NS item as applicable. (ii) Cement concrete base, its shuttering and cement used shall be payable under relevant USSOR Item. (iii) For assembling the RH girders, HSFG bolts and turn bolts, if required shall be paid by Railway under suitable USSOR/NS item.

De-assembling of Railway's RH girder near RUB site. This item includes lifting of RH girder with required numbers of Jacks etc. & opening of nuts and bolts, HSFG bolts etc. and taking out 6 different plates and accessories. The rates shall be inclusive of all labour, tools and plants, machinery and equipment, lifting tackles, tripod with chain and pully, ramps cribs, operator for crane, fuel, consumable etc. complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge or his authorised representative.

Sealing of cracks/ porous concrete/ joints/ leakage points with injection process by P.U. Grouting method (Polyurethane Grouting) for water proofing by pressure grouting with mixture of base-catalyst and base-hardener in proper proportion when injected with pressure grouting in cracks 8 with S.S. packers (having NRV) for sealing the cracks.The work involves supplying of material for all grouting works including all labour, all lead & lift,cost of material with all taxes,transportation cost etc. and nothing shall be paid extra.This item includes 05 years warranty for water proofing for which 10% amount of this item will be released after warranty period. Note: Supplying & Fixing of S. S.packers (having NRV) will be paid extra.

Supplying & fixing 13 mm dia. S.S. Packers (having NRV) with rapid setting mortar ( 9 Renderoc plug) in structure after drilling holes for Polyurethane Grouting through nozzle complete in all respect including cost of all material, labour, tools & plants, lead, lift, solvents, machine oils, injection pumps etc. complete including subsequent cutting/ removal & restoring the finished surface if required. Item includes work of vata with rapid setting mortar along the joints.

Providing Fabricating & laying of colour coated Galvalume ( Proflex system roofing ) material for self supported roofing system ( Technology similar to Proflex system provided by M&B engineering Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad), Material shall be of following specification, BMT 0.90mm to 1.00mm, APT 0.95mm Tolerance +/- 0.02mm thick, width 605mm or as decided by Railway 1 (Tolerance fabricating and laying with all contractors tools plants, machineries, materials and fixtures labours+/-2mm), including supplying, loading, transporting, unloading and staking at site, including all lead and lift and laps/ wastage if anyetc. complete. The colour of sheet will be decided by Railway. The rate is also inclusive of designing of roofing system, proof checking and providing execution drawing. Fabrication and installation of self supported roofing technology similar to Profles System provided by M&B engineering Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad decided by engineer. Note: The roofing system should be self supported roofing system (i.e. without purtings trusses, any ancillary or supports_ shall be designed by the Contractor through the consultant and got duly proof checked from VITI /Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, any other Govt. agencies. Design and drawing will be approved by Railways. For design of roofing system relevant load parameters of IS code of practice to be adopted. The cost of designing and proof checking of design and drawings will not be paid separately and these charges are deemed to be included in rates of this item. The rates shall also inclusive of preparation of necessary auto cad drawing required for execution of roofing system should be 100% leak proof, resistant to corrosion and maintenance free.
