The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed. The bidder should have access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25% of the value of the contract/contracts applied, with a sound financial position showing long-term profitability. The bidder needs to provide details of the projects, including the name of the project, name of the employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, actual date of completion, and remarks explaining reasons for delay and work completed.
