The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years, specifically civil works for any city in India in government/semi-government departments. The experience criteria are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the contractor must have completed a work of excavation of 38,084 cum of earthwork, RCC Work of 198 Cum, and Sludge removal in drain/SWD with 21,727 Cum during the last 5 years. The bidder should provide information on the total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last seven years. The bidder should also provide a list of ongoing works, including the contract value and the percentage of work completed. The required percentage of work to be invested by the bidder during implementation of the contract is up to 25% of the value of the work. The bidder should have access to liquid assets of up to 25 percent of the value of the contract, which is Rs. 1,35,10,841/-. The bidder should submit an undertaking to invest a minimum cash amount of up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract, with the value of the contract mentioned as Rs. 1,35,10,841/-. The bidder should also submit audited balance sheets for the last seven years, demonstrating long-term profitability.
