The bidder is required to have prior work experience in WTP (Water Treatment Plant) with a capacity of 3.60 MLD. The bidder should have successfully commissioned at least one similar project with operation and maintenance for a minimum of 1 year after commissioning, inclusive of defect liability period, in a single contract amounting to Rs. 3,28,45,754/- in the last seven years. Alternatively, the bidder should have successfully completed operation and maintenance for a minimum of 1 year in a single contract of a similar nature amounting to Rs. 2,03,254/- in the last seven years. The bidder must have successfully carried out minimum quantities of similar work in any one project during the last Seven (7) years, from 2019-2020 to 2025-2026, and up to one month prior to the last date of submission of the bid, amounting to Rs. 2,03,254. For key site management and technical personnel, the required experience varies: - Electrical/Instrumentation Supervisor: Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar nature of work - Civil Supervisor: Minimum 5+ years of experience - Mechanical Supervisor: Minimum 5+ years of experience - Technical Assistant: Minimum 2+ years of experience in similar nature of work The bidder should also have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years, with a total monetary value of construction work performed for each of the last five years. The bidder should have experience of design and execution of WTP of any technology to the tune of at least 3.60 MLD, in any single completed project. Additionally, the bidder's experience in similar nature of work is considered, with additional weightage given for previous years' turnover and cost of completed/executed similar nature of work/O&M, as follows: - 2019-2020: 1.77 times the value - 2020-2021: 1.61 times the value - 2021-2022: 1.46 times the value - 2022-2023: 1.33 times the value - 2023-2024: 1.21 times the value - 2024-2025: 1.10 times the value - 2025-2026: 1.00 times the value The bidder should have access to liquid assets or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract, and undertake to invest a minimum of 25% of the contract value of the work during the implementation of the contract. The bidder should also have access to line(s) of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities (10% of contract value). The bidder should have prior work experience in similar nature of work, with required experience varying for different designations: - Project Manager: Minimum 15+ years - Senior Quality Control Engineer: Minimum 10+ years - Site Engineer (CIVIL): Minimum 5+ years - Site Engineer (MECHANICAL): Minimum 5+ years - Site Engineer (Electrical/Instrumentation): Minimum 5+ years - Civil Supervisor: Minimum 5+ years - Mechanical Supervisor: Minimum 5+ years - Technical Assistant: Minimum 2+ years The lead partner in a joint venture should meet not less than 50 percent of the qualifying criteria, while other joint venture partners should have experience not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria. The joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria.
