The bidder is required to have prior work experience of similar type of work costing not less than the tender amount, which is 27,99,00,000/- Rs. The bidder should have completed similar works with good quality and workmanship in the past seven years. The bidder's experience of similar nature of work should be minimum 15% of the estimated cost, which is 4,19,85,000/- rupees. Additionally, the bidder should have completed single project work of not less than 70% of the estimated cost completed during the last five years. The value of similar works completed should be at least 70% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also provide detailed information of similar type of work, including the name of work, name of client, estimated cost of work, tendered amount, date of award of contract, target date of completion, actual date of completion, and reason for delay. The bidder should have completed substantially completed works, which means those works that are completed at least 90% of the original contract price on the date of submission of this tender and execution is satisfactory. The bidder should provide a certificate from the owners in support of the works mentioned, and the certificate should include the value and percentage of similar works completed. The bidder's average annual turnover for the last seven years should be provided, and the bidder's bid capacity (working capital) should be at least 25% of the tender amount, which is 6,99,75,000/- rupees.
