Construction of 200mm thick compacted Granular sub base in two layers (Grade-I, crushed B.T. material of 53mm to 26.5mm @35%, 26.5mm to 4.75mm @45%, below 2.36mm @20%) (CBR not less than 30%) as per Table 400.2 of MORTH gradation including conveying the materials on site of work and mixing and spreading into grade and camber, watering and consolidation at OMC with vibratory roller as per MORTH specification including cost of materials and labour etc. complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 hand broken stone aggregate 40 mm. nominal size) and curing complete including cost of form work in Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with B.T. aggregate as per MORT&H gradation and bulk asphalt grade VG-30 for mixing @ 50.00 KG. / M.T. i.e. 5.0% by weight of total mix using Silane Nano technology modify bitumen at the rate of 0.1% of asphalt weight including heating and mixing the aggregate and asphalt by continuous of drum mix plant and hot laid process laying with paver finisher and consolidation with roller as per MORT&H specification to achieve desire density, including cost all materials equipments, tools and plants, oil, kerosene, firewood, labour charges etc. complete using contractor's own machineries drum mix plant and paver finisher etc. completed as directed by Engineer in charge.

Facility Informatory sign : Providing and fixing sign boards made out of 2mm aluminium sheet / 4mm ACP (Alluminium composite panel) size 80 x 60 cms. rectangle as per the design of IRC-67-2012. Pre treated with phospheting process & acid etching coated with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of best quality epoxy paint, reflectorised with high intensity prismatic grade retro reflective sheeting of Type-11 as per ASTM D-4956 and latest M.O.R.T.H. specifications, 3.6 mt. long stand post of iron angle 75 x 75 x 6mm / 65NB Circular MS pipe as required and frame fabricated from suitable size iron angle of 35 x 35 x 3mm, painted with best quality epoxy coatings in black and white bends. The details of symbol for each board shall be as per the instruction of engineer in charge. Providing all weather diversion with necessary earth work for 7.0 mtr top width using 20mm MSS, GSB (Grade-I) 20 cm & 20cm GSB (Grade-II) including 2.5mt wide each side shoulders each side i.e. total 9.5mtr top width and bottom as required & using 900mm dia. Providing and laying wet mix macadam (W.M.M.) in two layers (125mm thick each) using machine crushed black trap aggregate of 40 to 50 mm size in the material with water at OMC in mechanically mix (pug mill), carriage of mix material by contractor's own tippers to site of work including laying, spreading and compacting in sub base, base on well prepared under base of compacting with roller as per MORTH specification to achieve the desired density (mechanically laid).

Providing and applying of hot applied thermoplast compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorised glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm. area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post,150 x 75 x 5 mm space 2.00 m centre to centre 1.80 m high 1.10 m below ground/road level fixing at site shall be in C.C. M-30 block of size 50 x 50 x100 cms for each post.
