Supply & laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm laid dry and flat abutted with each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over under cable for protection.

M& L for cutting under the road /pavement /hard standing or in any other situation with the manual labour for crossing of U/G cable through it and making both the end good complete all as specified and directed .

S & F GI water tubing of 80 mm bore, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings IS marked and laid in trenches/under roads/in drains with suitable size flat iron/GI clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc for cable protection, complete all as specified.

S & F cable route marker made up of cast iron (Round Dia ) of 100 mm round plate, 3 mm thick fixed on MS angle iron of size 25 x 25 x 5 mm, 800 height fixed in ground over the cable route with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note :- Laying of OFC/Signal cable, fixing of all junction boxes, change over switches of signal will be done by Air Force Authority.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation of drain as directed.

M & L for TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoping, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or screwing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete cover slabs of type B1, 1:2:4 set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M & L for precast cement concrete solid block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (20mm aggregate) exc.10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar in 1:4 all as specified.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finshed with even and smooth (Without using exrta cement) as directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded and chamfered angles and throating as required as directed.

M & L for chemical earthing with copper earth plate electrode 90cm x 60cm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 4.2 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 3 meter below normal ground level, earth plate covered with LHOM Earth enhancing chemical compound all around the plate upto 30 cm and electrode connections by using copper strip of 32 x6 mm as earthing lead (upto the test point) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 50mm dia GI pipe filled with earth enhancing chemical compound connected to main switch board or main control board including RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 complete.

M & L for earth continuity conductor fixed to wall /floor/drawn in holes /conduits or any situation as directed of size 20x3 mm copper strips including jointing strips with nuts bolts and brazing/welding at joints.

All as per item No.10 above but size 32 x 6mm

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made LT feeder pillar, outdoor type floor mounted, suitable for metal junction box 14 terminal inside along 02 cables input/output points of signal cable . The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 66 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x6mm thick angle iron base frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, both side opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door and locking arrangement and including earth work. The panel consisting of the following:- (a) Factory punched with M20/M25 cable entry holes, make stainless steel. (b) Fitted with an internal and external M6 earth stud. (c) Metal casing of size L 190x W 190x H100mm (d) 4 x M20 cable entry. (e) 14x4 mm 2 terminals numbered and fitted to DIN rail

(f) 2x4 mm 2 earth terminas (h) Junction box with cover (j) DIN rail & Terminal blocks (k) Pre-punched cable gland holes (fitted with certified blanking plugs (l) Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm graded crushed stone , 15 cm thick in foundation, cemented block/brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class `B', old size bricks, rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 30cm above and 15 Cm below the ground level.

Removing excavated soil to a distance, exceeding 250mtr and not exc 500 mtr and depositing where directed a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
