In support of above, the following document to be submitted:- a. If bidder is OEM, bidder to submit: i. Catalogue/Manufacturing certificate confirming the OEM status of Bidder. ii. Minimum one no. of purchase order copy of Public Address (PA) System/Talk Back System in their name along with completion certificate/SAT Report/Supporting document confirming completeness of job as per Purchase order. The job should have been completed in last five years ending on the last day of month immediately preceding the month of date of bid submission. b. If bidder is Authorized representative of OEM, bidder to submit: i. Letter of Authorization from OEM. ii. Catalogue/Manufacturing certificate of OEM for the product. iii. Minimum one no. of purchase order copy of Public Address (PA) System/Talk Back System in their name along with completion certificate/SAT Report/Supporting document confirming completeness of job as per Purchase order. The job should have been completed in last five years ending on the last day of month immediately preceding the month of date of bid submission. 2) Bidder who are having service and support set up in India can only bid.
