Payment Term In partial modification to the payment terms as mentioned in the General Purchase Conditions, the following payment terms shall be applicable :- 100% payment within 30 days of receipt and acceptance of material at IOCL Gujarat Refinery Site. 16. Guarantee/Warranty (Defect liability period) Guarantee / Warranty shall be as per IOCL’s General Purchase Conditions (GPC). The same shall be valid for 18 (eighteen) months from the date of delivery or 12 (twelve) months after the same have been put in service or commissioned, whichever is earlier Guarantee / Warranty clause mentioned herein shall prevail over the Guarantee / Warranty clause mentioned elsewhere in the tender documents 17.
