Past Performance: The bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 50% of bid quantity for Past Performance - 3 Years of experience - Minimum 50% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 Local Supplier Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: - Udyam Registration and validation through the Udyam Registration portal for Micro and Small Enterprises - OEM Authorization Certificate - Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and details of locations where local value addition is made - In case the bid value is more than a certain amount, the declaration relating to the percentage of local content shall be certified by the statutory auditor or cost auditor.
