Casting und utilising pre cast CC solid block to be used as brick work M-10 grade 9 (minimum cement content 260kg/cum i.e. 5.20 bags/Cum for one Cum masonry) with graded stone aggregate 6mm to 1 20mm size in foundation up to plinth, sub structures and super-structures and else where as required. the rate shall include all types of materials except cement, which shall be paid under relevant USSOR item. the rate also include neccessary form work, batching, mixing, curing, compaction, handling, placing, stacking, scaffolding, lead and lift, loading and unloading blocks etc.. complete with contractor's own equipment, machinery, labour, all types of taxes etc. Nothing extra will be paid unless and until specified

Supplying structural design and drawing in (Auto-CAD) GAD Perspective view, Architectural view/elevation (G+2) key plan/lay-out, detailed plan showing thickness of wall,columns etc floor wise Sectional elevation/typical sections and foundation details, Electrical lay-out. Plumbling/sanitary lay-out up to septic tank, Any other relevant design drawing required during the execution of work. Drawing of bar bending schedule specifiation of material to be used, format) complete in all respect along with CDs containing design and drawing 2 with 6 sets of Ammonia prints as mantioned above. Railway will supply on copy of tentative sketch/concept plan for just guidelines the contractor have to develop concept plan GAD architectural plan internal details elevations etc.as per detail given below:- 1 GAD 2 Perspective view 3 Architectural view/elevation (G+2) 4 Key plan/layout 5 Detailed plan showing thickness of wall, columns etc. floor wise. 6 Sectional elevation/typical sections and foundation details 7 Electrical layout 8 Plumbing/sanitary layout upto Septic tank. 9 Any other relevant design drawing required during the execution of work. 10 Drawing of bar bending schedule 11 Specification of item to be used After finalization of conceptual plan/elevation by railway, contractor will develop detail plan, architectural and structural design & drawing mentioned as above. Note: Contractor will have design the office building considering seismic forces for appropriate seismic zone Ahmedabad. Contractor will have to submit complete design calaulation to Railway for approval. After approval the contractor will prepare all the structural drawing including details of drawing with bar bending schedule along with ither drawings mentioned from Sr.No 1 to 11. One set of the same will be submitted to the Railway for checking and approval. If any changes required shall be encorporated in each samole drawing. All the changes shall be encorporated in original tracing by the contractor. Afterwords final (6 sets) of drawing alonwith orignal tracing shall be submitted by the contractor to Railway for final approval. Payment schedule : on completion and approval of design, GAD & all drawings 80% of amount. Balance amount after submission of complete records & at the time of final bill. After approval of design and drawing these will be sole property of Railway Electrification Ahmedabad. "
