Providing and Fixing 40mm dia heavy duty UPVC pipe behind the False Wall Panelling (common pipe for condensate water to be taken out from Switch Room & NFS Room to Collection Tank in Building) for drain water arrangement i/c reducer / T for jointing existing pipe of split AC to this pipe complete as reqd.

Re-Providing and Fixing additional 3X2.5 Sq. mm PVC insulated copper conductor cable over due to damage donne at site due to rodents at Terrace where ever required i/c termination etc. as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of ready made Mild Steel wall mounting & Floor Mounting frame made of 16/14 SWG Powder coated sheet complete i/c ragh bolts/ coatch bolts / anchor fastners / rubber pads for vibretion absorbetion suitable of 1.5 TR outdoor condencer unit as required.

Supplying and fixing of Auto sequential programable mode Micro controller for two Nos. 1.5/2TR WAC/Split A C units with built in cylic timer ( 4Hrs) capable of operating on 230 Volt, 50Hz single phase A C supply having inbuilt features of temperature sensor with settable over temperature alarm and potential free contacts for extension of the alram High and low voltage cut off arrangement, over load tripping, housed in M S box of appropriate size fabricated out of 16 guage M. S. sheet powder coated having power relays for operation on 100% A C current with 20% over load including making intreconnectoions with 3 core PVC insulated PVC sheathed coper conductor wire of 2.5 sqmm cross section with following LED indications etc.complete as required. ( Item shall be got approved from Engineer-in-charge before installation). :- (a) Power on-Green (b) Timer on- Red (c) A C-1 on-Green (d) A C-2 on-Green (e) Over voltage Trip- Red (f) Over current Trip- Red (g) Over Temp. Supplying and fixing of moulded junction box made of SMC/DMC of following size with hinged door on wall I/C drilling holes ,etc complete as reqd. :- a)140mm(H) X140mm(W) X95 mm(D) GS-JB-1414 or similar superior make

b)250mm(H) X 200 mm(W) X 105 mm(D) GS-JB-2520 of Sintex or similar superior make)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. b)Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

c)Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm (clamped with 25/ 40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required (a) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

(b) Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.(a) Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm

(b) Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

S.I.T.C. Of recess mounted LED type of square /circular downlight fixture of 7.0-10.5 watts rating , suitable for operation on 230 volts 50 Hz A.C. supply to be mounted in existing false ceiling including connections with 1.5sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as reqd. (Green LED Ultima of Philips/Bajaj/Crompton or similar superior make)
