Maintenance, monitoring and watch and ward of the Structures, Installations, Equipments /Works undertaken by the Vendor and other infrastructure, safety of all fittings and fixtures during the festival period. All the equipments/ materials/ items of work etc., must have proper finish and should be free from rust, corrosion and any other material/ manufacturing defects/damages. All the wiring and the cabling use for the décor work or any other lighting/sound should be properly ducted using cables/wires managers and no live wires/cables etc., should be left open. The cables/wires and other electrical items used should be of ISI/BIS standard.
