Brief Description Of Work:  The Region Is Seeking Eoi Responses From Respondents Interested In: Renting Anchor Tenant Space In The Seniors Hub As One Of Multiple Anchor Tenants To deliver Seniors-focused Programs And Services In Alignment With The Seniors Hub Vision; And/or Renting And Operating The Community Centre Space Of The Seniors Hub As The Community Centre Operator By Providing Integrated Seniors-focused Programs / Services To Encourage Social Participation, Wellness And Enable An Age-friendly, Complete Community Where Seniors Can Age In Place In Alignment With The Seniors Hub Vision.
