Details: Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Batangas Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid For Purchase Of Medical, Dental And Laboratory Supplies (abdominal Binder Blue, Admission Kit (soap, Bath Towel, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Medicine Cup, Spoon, Fork, Tissue), Etc.) For Use In Batangas Provincial Medical Center 1. The Provincial Government Of Batangas, Through The General Fund Of Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Three Pesos And 96/100 Pesos(p 655,553.96) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot. Bids Received In The Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Batangas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. 4. Quality Assurance
4.1 Responsibility For Inspection - Unless Otherwise Specified In The Contract/purchase Order, The Contractor Is Responsible For The Performance Of All Inspection Requirements As Specified Herein. Except As Otherwise Specified In The Contract/purchase Order,
the Contractor May Use His Own Or Any Other Facilities Suitable For The Performance Of The Inspection Requirements Specified Herein, Unless Disapproved By The Government. The Government Reserves The Right To Perform Any Of The Inspections Set Forth In The
specification Where Such Inspections Are Deemed Necessary To Assure Supplies And Services Conform To Prescribed Requirements.
4.2 Responsibility For Compliance - All Items Must Meet All Requirements Of This Contract/purchase Order. The Inspection Set Forth In This Specification Shall Become A Part Of The Contractor's Overall Inspection System Or Quality Program. The Absence Of Any
