The subject of the contract is the performance of multi-sector interior and exterior renovation and construction works at the facilities of the Medical University of Warsaw in Warsaw, performed successively, depending on current needs, within 48 months from the date of signing the Framework Agreement or until the limit of the amount allocated by the Ordering Party is exhausted. their implementation. The draft framework agreement constitutes Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ. 2. The offer should be prepared on the basis of the bills of quantities and types of planned renovation and construction works, listed in Annex 2a, 2b, 2c to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the offer cost estimate, respectively for the general construction, electrical and sanitary industries. 3. In order to facilitate the preparation of the offer, as well as the comparison of the submitted offers, the Ordering Party calculated the cost of materials and equipment necessary to perform the envisaged scope of works, specified in Annex 2a, 2b, 2c, based on the current SEKOCENBUD prices, excluding purchase costs. In the light of the above, the Contractor%s obligations include the completion of the remaining cost estimate items for individual industries, taking into account the man-hour rate after the mark-up (Kp, Z), and purchase costs (Kz).
