The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar works during the last seven years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of the tender. The similar work experience refers to the Construction of Building including Civil, Plumbing & Electrical Work. The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: - One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.1,65,77,321.75/- (80% of PAC) - Or Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.1,03,60,826.10/- (50% of PAC) - Or Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.82,88,660.876/- (40% of PAC) The value of similar completed works will be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids. A copy of the completion certificate signed by an Engineer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent needs to be enclosed. Additionally, the bidder needs to submit details of all work completed in Form-I, and the available Bid Capacity is calculated based on the bidder's assessed available capacity, which takes into account the bidder's past experience and current commitments. The formula for calculating the available Bid Capacity is Assessed available Bid Capacity =(A*N*1.5-B), where A and B are not defined, but N is likely related to the bidder's past experience. The value and percentage of similar works completed are explicitly mentioned as 80% of PAC for one work, 50% of PAC for two works, and 40% of PAC for three works, with the respective amounts being Rs.1,65,77,321.75, Rs.1,03,60,826.10, and Rs.82,88,660.876.
