The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar projects, specifically electrification works in a multi-storied building, with experience in supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of specialized works such as Fire Fighting System and Lift. The bidder should have completed similar works during the last seven years, with the following options: I. One similar completed work costing not less than Rs.2,38,25,008.4/- (80% of PAC) II. Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs.1,48,90,630.25/- (50% of PAC) III. Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs.1,19,12,504.2/- (40% of PAC) The value of similar completed works will be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder's average annual financial turnover on construction works should be at least 30% of the PAC (i.e., Rs. 89,34,378.15) of the work during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years ending 2023-24. The required prior work experience includes completion of similar works with a value that can be used to calculate the available Bid Capacity, which should be more than the Total Tendered Value. The solvency certificate should be for a sum of at least Rs.1,19,12,504.2/- (40% of PAC). The bidder should not have incurred any loss (profit after tax should be positive) in more than two years during the last five years ending FY 2023-24. The percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as 30% of the PAC, and the bidder needs to provide details of the location(s) where the local value addition is made, especially for procurements exceeding Rs 10 Crores. The value of similar completed works should be updated to the price level of the year indicated in the table, with an up-dation factor ranging from 1.00 to 1.20.
