The Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, Through The Mooe/igf Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirty Two Million Two Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Six Hundred Five Pesos Only (32,285,605.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Sutures.
