Air Nookta Ltd. Po Box 19, 800 Mill Road, Gold River B.c. V0p 1g0 Island Health Authority Has Chosen Not To Proceed With A Competitive Process For The Following Reasons: 1. Air Nookta Ltd. Is The Only Known Company That Provide These Services In These Remote Areas. Vendors Who Wish To Challenge This Decision Must Provide Specific Reasons For Their Objection. The Letter Must Outline The Reasons For Your Objection And Must Demonstrate Your Ability To Provide The Contemplated Work/service, Availability, And Resources. Vendor Ability To Offer Products And Services Resulting In The Same Or Better Solutions At A Lower Cost In The Same Timeframe Will Be The Key Criterion With Regards To Consideration Of Objections.
