The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed works of similar nature during the last seven years. The experience can include government works as well as private works, with TDS proof and invoice. The bidder needs to have completed at least one of the following: - Three similar completed works costing not less than ₹ 1,50,53,287.80 - Two similar completed works, costing not less than ₹ 2,25,94,918.2 - One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than ₹ 3,01,26,557.60 The value of executed work shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Average annual financial turn over on construction works should be ₹ 1,12,97,459.10 during the immediate last three consecutive financial year. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder's experience in similar works is a key eligibility criterion. The evaluation criteria include scoring method with a maximum of 20 marks for experience in similar nature of work. For evaluation, the experience in similar class of works will be given 20 marks. The marks will be awarded as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between (i) & (ii) maximum – on pro-rata basis. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works during the last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited. The works completed up to the previous day of the last date of submission of tenders shall also be considered.
