Contractors To Provide A Completed Ccdc 11 –2016 Form Listing A Minimum Of Three Projects. Refer To Bid Evaluation Under Instruction To Bidders For Further Details.  Bidders Shall Provide A Wsib, Workplace Injury Summary Report Certificate Indicating Injury Statistics For The Last Five Years. References And Health And Safety Program Details Will Be Requested. Project Identified As Uw Work Request Number 52657. The Project Involves, Supply And Installation Of Mechanical Sub-meters On Existing Piping Systems In 29 Buildings On The University Of Waterloo Main Campus For The Measurement Of One Or More Of The Following Utilities: Steam Flow, Chilled Water Flow And Energy Transfer, Natural Gas Flow Rate, Domestic Cold Water Flow, And Domestic Hot Water Flow. installation Of Mechanical Meters Will Require Modification Of Existing Piping Systems To Suit. This Includes The Removal Of Existing Piping Sections, And Installation Of New Piping Sections To Install Meters And Provide The Required Straight Run Requirements Upstream And Downstream. New Valves Will Also Be Required Where Specified. Form Of Agreement Shall Be The Ccdc2 -2020 Edition Complete With Owner Supplementary Conditions.
