The Contractorshould Be Capable Of Performing Tasks In Furtherance Of The Operational Areasof Hsi’s International Mission, As Well As The Critical Underlying And Complementing Management And Programmatic Support Elements That Ensure The Most Effective,efficient, And Successful Execution Of Operations And Initiatives. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Providing The Personnel Needed To Conduct, Supervise, And Manage The Comprehensive Arrayof Services Required By Hsi To Execute Its International Operational Mission And The Critical Correspondingelements That Help Manage And Advance These Operations.
