The Tourism Promotions Board Philippines (tpb Phl) Through The 2024 Corporate Operating Budget Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Five Hundred Fifty-seven Thousand One Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (php6,557,190.00) Being The Abc Inclusive Of All Applicable Taxes And Fees To Payments Under The Contract For The Service Provider For The Philippine Participation In The Outbound Travel Market (otm) 2025 And Post-otm 2025 Roadshow In India (2 Lots) / Tpb-itb No. 2024-059. The Procurement Project Is Divided Into Two (2) Lots Broken Down As Follows: Lot No. Item / Project Description Abc 1 Operational Requirements For The Outbound Travel Market (otm) 2025 Php1,415,000.00 2 Post-otm 2025 Roadshow (mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, And Bangalore) Php5,142,190.00 Total Abc Php6,557,190.00 The Bidder May Bid Any Or All The Lots, The Contract Shall Be Awarded On A Per Lot Basis. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 2. The Tpb Phl Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
