The Tarlac State University, Through Regular Agency Fund (raf) And Special Fund (sb) 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Twenty Thousand Five Hundred Forty Seven And 46/100 Pesos (₱ 2,020,547.46) To Payments Under The Contracts For The Project: Supply And Delivery Of Janitorial Supplies And Materials (app 2024-1st Quarter), Rebid. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Tarlac State University Now Invites Bids For The Project: Supply And Delivery Of Janitorial Supplies And Materials (app 2024-1st Quarter), Rebid. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Must Have Completed, Within The Last Five (5) Years Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
