In View Of The Two (2) Failed Competitive Biddings, The Tarlac State University, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee, Invites Interested Bidders To Participate In The Negotiation For The Project “supply, Delivery, And Fabrication Of Drafting Tables For The College Of Architecture And Fine Arts” With An The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Of One Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 1,400,000.00) In Accordance With Section 53.1 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulation Of Republic Act No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Act (gpra)”. 2. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days After The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have All Their Ongoing Government And Private Contracts, Including Contracts Awarded But Not Yet Started, If Any, Whether Similar Or Not Similar In Nature And Complexity To The Contract To Be Bid; And Single Largest Completed Contract Similar To The Contract To Be Bid, Within The Last Five (5) Years Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids.
