The Exit From National Road 3 Shall Be On The Stretch From The Junction E6/national Road 3 At Kolomoen To Hovda Picnic Area. The 24 Hour Resting Place Shall Contain Sanitary Installations With Toilets And Showers And It Shall Have 12-20 Parking Places. Otherwise, The 24 Hour Resting Place Shall Fulfil The Requirements Listed In The Requirement Specification.
