Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidders Should Possess A Valid Pcab License With Size Range Small B License Category C & D And Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project With A Value Of At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc. 3. Interested Bidders Must Not Have Any Ongoing Contract In Ssc That Shows A Negative Slippage Of At Least Fifteen Percent (15%) In Any One Project Or A Negative Slippage Of At Least Ten Percent (10%) In Each Of Two (2) Or More Contracts In Accordance With Section 34.3 (b) (ii) (a) Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Ra No. 9184 (updated As Of 19 July 2024).
