Description: Contract notice - General guideline, standard rule, open procedure (construction work) VE 200-012 Pumping stations and wastewater network US587 pumping station Supply and manufacture of all components and equipment for a pumping station with the dimensions LxWxH 6.18m x 5.18m x 5.13m. The pumping station is almost completely embedded in the ground and must be constructed using in-situ concrete within the excavation support. The pumping station is divided into a pump room and a storage tank. 4 dry-installed wastewater pumps, Q = 54m³/h, H = 17mws, are installed in the pump room. The pumps each suck in water from the storage tank via a DN100 pipe connection. They are equipped with a manual shut-off valve on the suction side and a check valve and manual shut-off valve on the pressure side, so that a pump can be changed even during operation. Two pumps form a pump pair and each press into a DN 150 wastewater pressure line. A GQ501 compressor installed outside is used to flush the two pressure lines leading from the shaft. The compressor is located near the switch house and is connected via a cable conduit and the compressor line located therein. The pumps suck in freely from the water supply and are each equipped with check valves and manual shut-off valves on the pressure line side. The pumps are equipped with sliding rods and pull chains so that a pump can be changed even during ongoing operation. the Contractor Shall Provide A Web-based Data Management System In Accordance With The Specifications To Collect, Analyze, And Store Data. It Will Store Cwum Documents, Verification Activities, Corrective Actions, And Validation Test Results.
the Contractor (ktr) Shall Provide All Necessary Labor, Materials, And Equipment Necessary To Provide Consolidated Water Utilities Management (cwum) Services By Conducting Cwum Sustainability Services, Validation Sampling And Testing, Equipment Servicing, Continuous Water Monitoring, And Web-based Data Management At Visn 22 Va Facilities.
