Description 1. In View Of The Two Failed Biddings, The Dost-science And Technology Information Institute (dost-stii), Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites Philgeps Registered Suppliers/contractors To Submit Quotations For The Project “digitization And Archiving Services For Av Materials” With A Total Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) In The Amount Of One Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php1,100,000.00): 2. The Project Shall Be Awarded As Follow:  One Project Having Several Items That Shall Be Awarded As One Contract. 3. Suppliers/contractors Shall Submit Their Quotations On Or Before 12 March 2024, 5:00 P.m. At The Dost-stii – Bac Secretariat - Property Section, 2nd Flr. Stii Bldg, Dost Complex, Gen. Santos Avenue, Bicutan, Taguig City. Quotations May Also Be Submitted Through Email At: Philip.tumbali@stii.dost.gov.ph And/or Lechar109@yahoo.com. 4. The Prospective Bidder Shall Submit The Following Mandatory Requirements Along With Your Signed Quotation/proposal: I. Technical Component: A. Valid Philgeps Registration Certificate (platinum Membership) (all Pages); And B. Original Copy Of Bid Security. If In The Form Of A Surety Bond, Submit Also A Certification Issued By The Insurance Commission; Or Original Copy Of Notarized Bid Securing Declaration; And C. Conformity With The Technical Specifications, Which May Include Production/delivery Schedule, Manpower Requirements, And/or After-sales/parts, If Applicable; And D. Original Duly Signed Omnibus Sworn Statement (oss) (gppb Prescribed Form); And If Applicable, Original Notarized Secretary’s Certificate In Case Of A Corporation, Partnership, Or Cooperative; Or Original Special Power Of Attorney Of All Members Of The Joint Venture Giving Full Power And Authority To Its Officer To Sign The Oss And Do Acts To Represent The Bidder; And E. The Prospective Bidder’s Computation Of Net Financial Contracting Capacity (nfcc); Or A Committed Line Of Credit From A Universal Or Commercial Bank In Lieu Of Its Nfcc Computation. 5. The Dost-stii Reserves The Right To Waive Any Formality In The Responses To The Eligibility Requirements And To This Invitation. Dost-stii Further Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Proposals, Or Declare A Failure Of Bidding, Or Not Award The Contract, And Makes No Assurance That The Contract Shall Be Entered Into As A Result Of This Invitation Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability In Accordance With Republic Act (ra) No. 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations. 6. The Supplier/creditor/payee Shall Be Paid Using The Advice To Debit Account (ada). The Supplier/creditor/payee Without Current/savings Account (ca/sa) With Any Branch Of The Same Government Servicing Bank (gsb) Of Dost-stii (i.e. Lbp), Shall Shoulder The Cost Of Transferring Fee/bank Charges From Dost-stii Gsb To Non-gsb (i.e. Lbp To Bdo, Bpi, Pnb, Ew, Etc.)
