The Dost-science And Technology Information Institute (dost-stii), Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites Philgeps Registered Suppliers/contractors/consultants To Submit Quotations For The Project “procurement Of Dost-stii Equipment” With A Total Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) In The Amount Of Three Hundred Fifty-six Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty-four Pesos Only (php356,824.00): 1 Set Desktop Computer With Accessories 1 Set Portable Sound System With 4 Wireless Microphones 1 Unit Supply And Installation Of 5 Tonner/6.0hp Floor Mounted Fully Inverter-type Air Conditioner See Attached Technical Specifications 2. The Project Shall Be Awarded As Follow:  One Project Having Several Items That Shall Be Awarded As Separate Contract Per Item. 3. Procurement Will Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement (sec. 53.9) As Prescribed Under Rule Xvi – Alternative Methods Of Procurement Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Republic Act (r.a.) No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Suppliers/contractors Shall Submit Their Quotations On Or Before 22 October 2024, 5:00 P.m. Dost-stii Further Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Proposals, Or Declare A Failure Of Bidding, Or Not Award The Contract, And Makes No Assurance That The Contract Shall Be Entered Into As A Result Of This Invitation Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability In Accordance With Republic Act (ra) No. 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations. 7. The Supplier/creditor/payee Shall Be Paid Using The Advice To Debit Account (ada).
