Providers Are Invited To Respond In Full To The Questions Set Out In The Soft Market Testing Questionnaire. This Will Help Rutland County Council Gauge The Level Of Interest And The Experience Of Organisations Delivering Environmental Services And Will Help Inform Our Procurement Strategy. Please Note That Participation (or Lack Of) Will Not (dis)advantage Any Potential Bidder For Future Tender Opportunities.
