The bidder should have prior work experience, specifically in civil works, with a value of not less than Rs.128.16 Lakhs, which is 30% of the estimated value of the bid. The similar nature of work should cover at least one Conventional Water Treatment Plant or Intake Well or Ground Storage Reservoir of capacity not below 50KL or Elevated Surface Reservoir of capacity not below 50KL and laying of pipeline works or RCC Chimney/Silos. The bidder should have successfully completed and commissioned works during the last 5 years up to the bid submission deadline. The bidder should provide documentary evidence from the Client certifying the work has been completed to the extent of value equal to 30% of the estimated value of the bid. The percentage of similar works completed is 30% of the estimated value of the bid, with a specified amount of Rs.128.16 Lakhs. The bidder should provide evidence of access to financial resources and a proposed work method and schedule. The bidder should also provide information on their annual turnover in all classes of engineering works and details of previous works, including the value of the contract and total value of work executed. The bidder should have completed any civil works in any one financial year during the last five financial years up to the bid submission deadline of value not less than the amount equal to Rs.128.16 Lakhs. The bidder should provide a statement showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works, including the balance value of work to be completed and the anticipated date of completion. The value of "A" is calculated as the maximum value of works executed in any one financial year during the last 5 years, updated to the bid invitation year price level. The bidder should provide a table containing the value of all existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next period, including the stipulated period of completion, value of contract, value of work completed, balance value of work to be completed, and anticipated date of completion. The assessed available bid capacity is calculated as (A x N x 2 - B), where A is the maximum value of works executed, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works.
