The bidder should have prior work experience of similar nature over the last five years and the current year before the submission of the bid. They should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The value of similar works completed should be at least 40 percent of the proposed contract value, and the bidder should have completed works of at least 90 percent of the original contract price. The bidder should also have experience in works of a similar nature, with a value of at least Rs. 20 lakhs, and should have completed at least 50 percent of the contract value in the last five years. Additionally, the bidder's experience and qualifications will be considered, and the available bid capacity will be calculated based on their maximum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years. The joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria, and the experience of other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria. The bidder should have a minimum annual financial turnover of at least the annual value of the contract/contracts applied for in any one year over the last five years. The bidder should also provide information on the total value of civil engineering constructions performed in the last five years, including the value of contracts and the quantity of work performed. The percentage of similar works completed should be at least 50 percent of the contract value. The bidder should provide a certificate from the employer to support their claim of completing works of at least 90 percent of the original contract price. The bidder should also provide information on their bid capacity, including existing commitments and ongoing works, and the availability of key items of contractor's equipment for carrying out the works.
