The bidder is required to have experience in similar work, with information on prior work experience to be provided in a specific format. The required prior work experience includes substantially completed works, with at least 90% completion of the original contract price. The bidder should have acquired experience of execution of all major items of works under the proposed contract. In case of a joint venture, weight towards experience of the project would be given to each joint venture in proportion to their financial participation in the joint venture. The bidder is required to provide information on the value of similar works completed, including the amount and percentage. The lead partner in a joint venture should meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria, while the experience of the other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria.
