Tenders are invited for QHA FY2022 Building Materials and Supplies Unit Cost RFQ Description: The Quincy Housing Authority (QHA) is seeking scaled quotes from building materials supply companies to supply various building materials and supplies and lo deliver them to the Quincy Housing Authority warehouse located at 15 Bicknell St. Quincy, MA 02169. The quoted prices are to include all shipping and handling charges. Also please be advised that the Quincy Housing Authority is tas exempt and therefore sales tax should not be included in the quoted prices. The prices will be in effect from October I, 2021 to September 30,2022. Attached please find the electrical materials and supplies Request For Quotes Price Sheet; please complete the attached Price Sheet, please include all items listed. Suppliers must complete the Price Sheet, substitute forms will not he accepted also the form should show a total cost for all items.
