The bidder is required to have prior work experience, specifically as a Prime Contractor, with the following conditions: - one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work - or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work - or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work The values of works can be updated to current price levels.
