The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the execution of similar works during the last 5 years. The bidder is required to provide a list of similar works executed during this period, with details including name of the work, agreement number, employer, contract price, and completion dates. The bidder should have successfully completed civil works valuing not less than Rs.204.21 Lakh (30% of the estimated cost excluding GST) in any one financial year during the last 5 financial years. The completed civil work must cover at least one Radial Collector Well or Intake Well of dia 6mtr or more. Additionally, the bidder should have annual financial turnover of not less than Rs.272.27 Lakh (40% of the estimated cost excluding GST) in any one financial year in Civil Construction Works during the last 5 financial years. Weightage @ 10% per year shall be given on the value of the completed work and annual turnover of the preceding years. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except for the weightage of 10% per year for preceding years.
