The bidder is required to have prior work experience, specifically in similar works executed during the last 5 years. The bidder should have successfully completed work(s) valuing not less than Rs. 184.00 Lakh (30% of the estimated cost excluding GST) in any one financial year during the last 5 financial years. The completed work must cover at least one Drinking Water Treatment Plant with Rapid Gravity Filtration System (RGF) or Sewage Treatment Plant or Septage Treatment Plant or Intake Well or Elevated Service Reservoir / Ground Storage Reservoir of capacity not less than 1.0 lakh litre (not cumulative or additive)/ Laying of W/S pipe line or combination of any two or more. The value of completed works will be considered on a financial year-wise basis, with a breakup of the value of work executed to be mentioned in the work experience certificate for the completed works executed during the last five financial years. If the value of works executed in any one financial year is not available in the certificates, it shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis, considering the total completed value and the time schedule in days. Additionally, the bidder should have annual financial turnover of not less than Rs. 245.00 Lakh (40% of the estimated cost excluding GST) in any one financial year during the last 5 financial years, certified by a Chartered Accountant. Weightage @ 10% per year shall be given on the annual turnover of the preceding years. The bidder should also have adequate bid capacity as per clause No. 32.3 of Section 2(B)E, which involves the value of works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the current price level, and the value of current price level of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next year. The assessed available bid capacity is calculated as (A x N x 2 - B), where N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and it should be greater than or equal to Rs. 611.40 lakh. The percentage of similar works completed is 30% of the estimated cost excluding GST, which corresponds to Rs. 184.00 Lakh, and the annual financial turnover is 40% of the estimated cost excluding GST, which corresponds to Rs. 245.00 Lakh.
