The Provincial Government Of Tarlac, Through The General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Thirty-seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (php 2,037,500.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Tokens And Tents To Be Used During The Implementation Of Resilience Youth Camp/ B-g-2024-030-d For Each Lot Hereunder Stated: Lot No. Particular Approved Budget For The Contract Source Of Fund 1 Lot 1: Tokens 1,400,000.00 General Fund 2 Lot 2: Tents 637,500.00 Total: 2,037,500.00 2. The Provincial Government Of Tarlac Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Five (5) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
