The Provincial Government Of Tarlac, Through The General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Fifty-seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (php 957,500.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Ink For Use At The Office Of The Governor/b-g-2024-014-d. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected A Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Tarlac Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
