The Provincial Government Of Pangasinan Now Invites Bids For Construction/improvement/rehabilitation Of Road. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
