Description Invitation To Bid For The Concreting Of Cuyo – Suba – San Carlos Road (brgy. Pawa And San Carlos, Cuyo, Palawan) 1. The Provincial Government Of Palawan, Through The Supplemental Budget (obr No. 300-24-03-03553) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirteen Million One Hundred Fifty-five Thousand Pesos Only (php 13,155,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Concreting Of Cuyo – Suba – San Carlos Road Located At Brgy. Pawa And San Carlos, Cuyo, Palawan (project Reference No. B2 Gf Sb1 Infra 24-03-032). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Palawan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within One Hundred Twenty-five (125) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. A Certificate Of Site Inspection Which Shall Be Issued By The Provincial Engineering Office Shall Be Required And Must Be Submitted As Part Of The Technical Component Of The Bid In Order For The Prospective Bidder To Determine The General Characteristics And Condition Of The Project Such As The Location And The Nature Of The Work, Geological Conditions At The Site, Communication Facilities And Availability Of Construction Aggregates And Other Materials, Labor, Water, Electric Power And Access Roads; And Other Factors That May Affect The Cost, Duration And Execution Or Implementation Of The Contract. 5.
