Description Invitation To Bid For The Construction Of Shelter Port At Lawak, Palawan (lawak Island, Municipality Of Kalayaan, Palawan) 1. The Provincial Government Of Palawan, Through The Trust Fund (tf-dotr-construction Of Sheltered Port At Lawak Pal.) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Sixty-six Million One Hundred Forty-three Thousand Nine Hundred Four Pesos And Twenty-three Centavos Only (php 766,143,904.23) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Shelter Port At Lawak, Palawan Located At Lawak Island, Municipality Of Kalayaan, Palawan (project Reference No. B2 Tf Peo 24-07-096). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Palawan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Six Hundred (600) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. A Certificate Of Site Inspection Which Shall Be Issued By The Provincial Engineering Office Shall Be Required And Must Be Submitted As Part Of The Technical Component Of The Bid In Order For The Prospective Bidder To Determine The General Characteristics And Condition Of The Project Such As The Location And The Nature Of The Work, Geological Conditions At The Site, Communication Facilities And Availability Of Construction Aggregates And Other Materials, Labor, Water, Electric Power And Access Roads; And Other Factors That May Affect The Cost, Duration And Execution Or Implementation Of The Contract. 5.
