Coordinate With The Peo For Site Inspection Prior To Bidding. Certificate Of Site Inspection Will Be Issued By The Peo. 3. Coordinate With The Peo Representative Before The Specific Physical Works Will Be Performed. 4. Project Supervision Will Be Conducted By Peo Representative. 5. The Winning Community-based Service Provider Will Be Responsible For The Documentation To The Project As Attachment For Billing Such As Photo Documentation. 6. All Physical Work Accomplishment Must Be Inspected By The Provincial Inspectorate Team. 7. Progress Billing Will Be Made Within The Quarter. 8. No Provision For Additional Works And Variation Order. 9. Maintenance Work Duration Is 2 Quarters. 10. Traffic And Construction Safety Must Be Observed. 11. No Work Will Be Performed If Item No.10 Is Not Complied. 12. In Reference To Item No.10, Ppe's And Warning Signs Will Be Provided By The Peo, However These Will Be Collected Upon Completion Of The Projects. Damaged And Loss Supplies Will Be Accounted And Will Be Subject For Deductions. 13. Approved Budget Is Inclusive Of Vat. 14. Only The Cbsp Along The Project Limits Are Allowed To Participate In The Bidding.
