Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Batangas Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid For Supply And Delivery Of One (1) Unit Of Suv For The Transport Of Personnel, Equipment, Supplies, And Materials For Heavy Field Use In Rural And Remote Areas With Generally Rugged And Mountainous Road Conditions Of The Office Of The Provincial Administrator 1. The Provincial Government Of Batangas, Through The General Fund Of Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (p 2,450,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot. Bids Received In The Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Batangas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3.
