The Philippine Public Safety College (ppsc), Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) Of Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱9,400,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of One (1) Unit Ambulance, And Four (4) Units Passenger Van For Fy 2025. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Bidding Is Per Item. Item Location Approved Budget For Contract (abc) 1. One (1) Unit Ambulance Ppsc Head Office Lot 2 Mwss Compound Katipunan Ave. Corner Ayala Heights Qc ₱3,000,000.00 2. Four (4) Units Passenger Van ₱6,400,000.00 Total ₱9,400,000.00 2. The Ppsc Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Vehicles Within The Period As Stated In The Technical Specifications. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Equivalent To At Least Fifty (50%) Percent Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
